Features- Professional Winch Rope Fitted with Safety Hook and drum terminal.
- 20m x 10mm, 8900kg MBL.
- Designed for serious 4x4, vehicle recovery, military, and commercial applications.
- High strength, 70% stronger than steel wire for a given diameter.
- Light-weight, 8x lighter than steel wire for a given strength.
- Can be used with conventional roller fairleads (providing the roller surface is not scored).
- Floats, an obvious benefit when winching in waterlogged conditions or flooded environments.
- Unlike steel wire, Recoverline will not kink and lose strength.
- Steel wire will crush and lose strength if overlapped on a winch drum. Recoverline will not lose strength when overlapped or crushed.
- In the unlikely event of breakage, there is virtually no recoil, unlike steel wire where recoil is extremely dangerous.
- Extensive trials have also found that winch lines with Dyneema need to be replaced less frequently than steel wire.
